Human Resources & General Affairs Manager
Requirement:
- Minimum University degree
- Fluent in English both oral am written
- At least 5 years working experiences in related position
- Excellent leadership skill and with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Must have excellent knowledge, understanding and experience in recruitment, training development, industrial relations, compensation & benefit, general affairs matters and Indonesia labor law and regulations.
- Must have good liaison with government authorities and other external related practice
- Effective interface with diverse group along with good communication skill
