We are a fast growing coal mining company in Indonesia, subsidiary of Trakindo Group, operating in South Kalimantan. Applicants are invited for the following position:

1. Site Manager (Site Sebamban)
Responsible to ensure target achievement according to coal mining procedure and lead the Mines team.

Qualification:

• S1 in Mining Engineering,
• Requires 7 years mine supervision experience,
• Certified as Pengawas Operasional Utama (POU) or Kepala Teknik Tambang,
• Demonstrated management and leadership skill,
• Experience in budgeting and report writing is an asset,
• Ability to conduct regulator agency (government) and local community visit and interact appropriately,
• Interpersonal skill to deal with concerns and needs of site personnel,
• Ability to manage small projects and team leadership skill required,
• Good command in English and computer literate.

2. Deputy Site Manager (Site Sebamban)
Responsible to ensure the site service needs of operation are adequately met, to assist in developing and implementing site service budget, coordinating all activities to ensure that the various functional departments on site are aware of and plan for each other s activities.

Qualification:

• S1 in Mining Engineering,
• Requires 5 years mine supervision experience,
• Certified as Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM),
• Demonstrated management and leadership skill,
• Experience in budgeting and report writing is an asset,
• Ability to conduct regulator agency (government) and local community visit and interact appropriately,
• Interpersonal skill to deal with concerns and needs of site personnel,
• Ability to manage small projects and team leadership skill required,
• Good command in English and computer literate.

3. Long Term Mine Plan Supervisor (Site Sebamban)
Ensure mine layouts and plans are delivered in timely manner. Develop and implement long term plus ensuring budgeted target are met and ensure these plans are delivered in a timely manner. Assist with evaluation of potential reserve acquisitions, conducting reserve analysis, identifying mine development opportunities and developing economic models. Coordinate with drafts person in development of property and mine maps and mining and recovery analysis studies.

Qualification:

• S1 in Mining Engineering or related discipline,
• Above 6 years experiences in a coal mining (4 years as mine plan engineer),
• High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of mine planning software/systems (Minescape/MINCOM),
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels,
• Driven to achieve the highest Integrity, Safety & Health.

4. Department Secretary (Jakarta)
Responsible to handle administration duties in respective Department (correspondence, filing, travel arrangement, typing, etc).

Qualification:

• Minimum D3 in Secretarial/Administration,
• 1 year experience in secretarial duties, preferable in a coal mining company,
• High level of computer literacy,
• Good command in English, both written and spoken,
• Meticulous.

5. Receptionist (Jakarta)
As the front-liner of the company, handle incoming and outgoing call, visitor and guest reception, and perform a necessary administration duties.

Qualification:

• Female, maximum 25 years of age,
• Minimum D3 any major, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply,
• Have ability to manage and use initiative,
• Good appearance and personalities,
• Good communication skill and telephone courtesy,
• Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications,
• Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken English language.
