We are seeking for highly qualified candidates and ready to travel to Batam Bintan to fill the following positions:
RECRUITMENT STAFF (REC)
- Maximum 30 years old, preferable single S2 in Psychology (Psychologist)
- Experience in Recruitment minimum 1 year
- Good in English both oral and written
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
IR CONSULTANT (IRD)
- S1/ S2 in Law / Management / related background
- Experience in handling Industrial Relations minimum 1 year
- Good in English both oral and written
- Having good interpretation on Indonesian Labor Law
CD STAFF/ COUNSELING & GUIDANCE (CDD)
- Maximum 30 years old
- S2 in Psychology/ Psychologist
- Experience in handling employee relations, guidance, and counseling
- Having Good Communication Skills
ISO ADMINISTRATOR – QA STAFF (ISO)
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline
- Having good understanding in ISO 9001-2008
- Good in English both oral and written
