The Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, Secretariat of CCM Indonesia

We are CCM Indonesia (Country Coordinating Mechanism) a national forum to oversee the implementation of The Global Fund Grant to fight AIDS. TB and Malaria diseases in Indonesia, currently seeking:

Program & Communication Officer

Responsibility:

1. Coordinate the task with 3 Technical Working Group (TWG) Assistant from AIDS. TB & Malaria (ATM).
2. Together with TWG of CCM Member review and analyze reports of PR on Quarterly Bases (Performance & Indicator).
3. Giving inputs to TWG ATM and Executive Secretary about ATM programmatic issues
4. Facilitating TWG Meeting, and update ongoing programs to TWG & Executive Secretary of CCM Indonesia
5. Reminding TWG ATM About queries from TGF to PR’s of AIDS, TB and Malaria.
6. Participate in CCM Proposal Development Team of AIDS. TB and Malaria
7. Participate in CCM Oversight Committee Meeting & Plenary Meeting for Programmatic issues.
8. Report to Executive Secretary, monthly based on programmatic issues.

Qualifications:

• An advanced degree (MPH, MA, other) in public health or related fields and at least 5 years experience working with governmental or non-governmental or international organizations or multi and bilateral donors, national and international NGOs in the area of health programs with emphasis on analysis of HIV/AIDS, Malaria and TS
• A demonstrated understanding in the design of strategies, especially as they pertain to HIV/AIDS, Malaria and TB
• Knowledge of key stakeholders in HIV/AIDS, Malaria and TB in Indonesia is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal communication, writing and computer skills (Excel and Word) are required
• Good communication, organizational skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated professional experience in the field of communications, PR and/or media
• Knowledge of GF ATM structures and procedures
• Knowledge of key stakeholders in GF funded activities in Indonesia
• Excellent verbal and written, interpersonal, computing and communication skills required
• Exceptional organizational, logistic and problem-solving skills
