Human Resources & General Affairs Manager

Requirement:

• Minimum University degree
• Fluent in English both oral am written
• At least 5 years working experiences in related position
• Excellent leadership skill and with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Must have excellent knowledge, understanding and experience in recruitment, training development, industrial relations, compensation & benefit, general affairs matters and Indonesia labor law and regulations.
• Must have good liaison with government authorities and other external related practice
• Effective interface with diverse group along with good communication skill
