COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the incumbent will be responsible to plan and execute monthly sales, manage marketing program, create trade program based on current market requirements and monitoring stock level in distributors. He/she will also be responsible to control pricing strategy and discount policy as well as collect account receivable from distributors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution of pharmaceutical products
- Knowledgeable in pharmaceutical business, areas of Indonesia
- Excellent communication in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Demonstrate superior skills in managing people, projects, and scheduling
- Willing to work long hours
