VACANCY IN BATAM
An established Japanese MNC located in Batam Island is seeking qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
1. Casting Production Manager
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Possess 5-10 years experience in Manufacturing including Casting, E-Coatings S Machining, preferable in Casting and Machining of HDD Industry with working knowledge of FMA, APQP, PPAP, DOE, SPC and ISO 9001:2000
- Independent & Self driven with good problem solving skills
2. Human Resource Manager
- Degree holder with strong leadership & great interpersonal skills
- Posses 5-10 years experience in HR in Manufacturing
- Knowledge of industrial relations & labor regulations
3. Engineers for Casting and E-Coatings
- Degree in Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or the related field
- Possess 3-S years experience as a QA Engineer, preferable in Coatings and Casting of HDD Industry with the working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, DOE, SPC and ISO 9001:2000
- Have strong leadership, fluent in English and able to work under pressure.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
4. HSE Officer
- Degree in Environmental Engineering/Chemicals Engineering
- Possess 3-5 years experience as HSE Officer Manufacturing
- Having Certificate of AK3 from Environmental Department will be an advantage
- Familiar with Chemical hazardous and protective tools.
5. Supervisors and Technicians (QA and Casting Maintenance)
- STM/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Possess 2-5 years experience in QA activities (for QA)
- Possess 2-5 years experience as a Tool Maker Technician, able to operate workshop machine (Turning, Mining, Grinding, etc).
- Knowledge on EDM Machine is an advantage (for Casting)
- Possess 2-5 years experience & understand CNC Machine Programming (for Machining)
