- Issue instructions according to contracts
- Understand fidix terms of contract
B. Architectural Manager
- Manage high end design qualities
- Coordination with design consultants
C. Quantity Surveyor
- Certifying progress payments
- Prepare bill of quantities
- Evaluate variation orders
D. Microsoft Dynamics Navision Programmer / IT Executive
- Implement Navision solutions
- In-dept database knowledge
E. Accounting Executive
- Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare financial statements
- Handle Tax matters
F. Tenant Relation Executive
- Develop relationship with existing tenant to gain loyalty and trust
- Friendly, attractive personality and good looks.
G. Retail Executive
- Good Network with retailers
- Aggressive to secure leases
H. Tenant Fit Out Coordinator
- Interior Design background
- Coordinate Mall requirements with tenant’s design
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in respective field
- At least 3 years experience working in real estate developer
- Microsoft office literate
- Good in English both written and verbal
